area of rectangular =26*8 not 26*7. because rectangle's opposite sides are equel. if 8 is the base of traingle it also is side of rectangle. I hope so

To reduce the amount of steps you could find the surface area of all three side panels in one equation,   (height area1  height area2 + height area3) * length, for this problem it would read (7 + 8 + 7) * 26 or (2 * 7 + 8) * 26

got the same answer using the different method there is nothing wrong, I added up the area of Two triangles_2(22.96cm squared)=45.92cm squared, and I used LxB because that a big rectangle Than Calculating it separately, 26cmx22cm=572cm squared
Therefore 45.92cm squared + 572cm Squared=617.92cm squared..
