Thank you. Third video was the charm (in that I watched two before yours). I cleaned the port using the end of a knitting loom hook covered by a microfiber lens cleaning cloth - had to go a bit McGyver 😂

i bought a new charging cable just yesterday and it was charging just fine up until it stopped working. i plugged the same charger into another phone and it worked just fine, it just doesnt work for my phone.I checked to see if other chargers were charging my phone and it was, just that particular charger wasnt charging.
