FIX 'This Accessory Is Not Supported By This iPhone'

Sometime when you plug in the cable to your iphone / ipad / ipod, and you get a pop up message after a few seconds and it say "This Accessory Is Not Supported By This iPhone". In this video i'm going to show you how to fix it.

My iphone 6 is literally unusable now. Everytime i pluggin my charger it says the accessory is not accepted and my phone also experienceses unexpected shutdowns always when im using my phone without charging.

Method worked! Once the accessory is not supported pop up comes on press and hold than power down.
After I powered back up it took a few minutes but worked on my iPhone 7. Great Post! Thanks!

It’s not because it’s not a legitimate Apple products but it’s the cable that came with the older models.

This happens when you try to use your old iPhone 5s or other older iOS device cables on a newer models

If that message pops up on ur screen, only solution is to use ‘MFI’ or original product. Cleaning jack, ports, restarting or settings change will not help at all. But that doesn’t mean u need to buy/use those overly expensive apple accessories. You can get decent price ranges products that supports iPhone. Like here in India original charger can cost u 1000-1500₹ (around 15$+) but at around 500-800 I can buy other reputed brand products along cable and adapter (portronics). It’s just that u need to first check well whether problem doesn’t persist. My aid-usb earphone converter (original) got damaged so I need to buy new one. I went to apple service centre and that was for around 1200 for such small dongle. There’s many variants in market but most aren’t compatible for iPhone. They just don’t play music at all if u plug in to your phone. But I bought from some market after going through multiple markets and found with half of price than apple store one. So my suggestion is to change your accessory. Only that will help
