Muscat grapes are so good i remember i got like these fruit gummies from the asian markey and one flavor was mascat grapes and it took me straight to my childhood it reminded me of those jelly cups all the kids were eating omg🤤

I think it’s candies, not carmelized, cause caramelizing depends on the sugar in the food to cook and brown.. this is cooking the sugar, (only before it’s brown so it’s not even caramel yet) so it’s candied fruit 😊

Those are not carmalized. They are just candied. If they were carmelized, you woukdnt be able to see the fruit.

We call it cracked grapes in the states. We like to put crazy stuff on the candied shell like nerds and pop rocks. It’s important you use cotton candy grapes for the best/sweetest results
