I need prayer for strength to resist the temptation to lust after her because i always feel that pull towards her but I know that she is not a godly woman and not the type of woman for me. As a Christian, I definitely struggle with lust. I pray multiple times a day. And although my prayers are about different things, one thing that’s always an every single one of my prayers is Lord please help me overcome this Lust. And I’m still struggling.

Notice in Proverbs 7:17 I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon. These three spices were used for a variety of uses; aromatic, medicinal and for food purposes to name a few. In addition, these spices were also used for burial purposes in ancient Israel. When one acts upon lust, it will eventually lead to death. Lust tempts me every day. Since i was 13/14 years old I've fallen to lust almost every day. For the last 3 days I read the bible whenever I was tempted. Jesus, my God please keep from falling.

Man, Lust is the hardest thing I've fought with and still fight with. Policing my language, especially taking our savior's name in vain was the easiest thing, but cussing is hard. LUST!? That is daunting and I pray to Jesus, our savior to keep me on the right path and picking me back up when I know I'll ultimately stumble. Pray for me yo beautiful people.
