As a student developing a project management app for an assignment, I can't even begin to imagine how to develop an app like this. Tons of features (which means it's VERY difficult to develop and manage) but at the same time looks beautiful and feels intuitive. Great job everyone at Monday! This is awesome! I love the different features and being able to see and share IT problems as well. Normally there’s tons of different apps or systems you’d have to go to to assess these things but here it’s all in one.

Let's talk about what it can't do. I been using for last 1 year.
With random data loss. Then, whole work board just disappeared. Contacting support from Australia is a nightmare. Not sure where they run the support team from, they reply at 8pm in AEST (Sydney) time. No back up-recovery that could be easily accessible by admin team. Support team couldn't suggest anything.
Dis-satisfied - 😡😡😡.
Switching to better CRM for sure.

I own a home design centre store and we struggle to keep projects organized and quoted on a timely manner as we have too many files in folders all over the place. We also have over 5000 sku’s, create estimate, invoice, POS and keep track of inventory. Can this replace Quickbooks?

Unfortunately I agree with some of the negative comments, it really is slow and limited. But it's good if you need to get to work fast and less customization. But with that said, customizing things is so difficult and many options are in places you wouldn't expect them to be. Even something simple like changing the item name for your board column is hidden in the options.

I like how the integrations and automations are in one place though. Is there a Monday API?
