Russia and Ukraine have traded air strikes, after a week of intensifying rhetoric in which Russia tested a new missile on Ukraine.

Russia has made close to 1,500 strikes on Ukraine since Sunday evening on about half of the country's regions causing dozens of injuries, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

Meanwhile Ukraine's military said it had struck a key oil depot south of Moscow, and targets in the Bryansk and Kursk border regions.

Russia's use of the Oreshnik intermediate-range ballistic missile on the Ukrainian city of Dnipro capped a week of escalation in the war that also saw Ukraine fire US and British missiles into Russia for the first time.

US / America calls it "Liberation" instead of "Invasion". That was what US call it in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia and the list goes on... Why the double standard? Confused... Please enlighten. Genuine question...

They are not Shahed 136 drones, they are Geran-2s, Russian made, developed from the Iranian design, but with a different guidance system.
Russia targets the energy infrastructure to disrupt the workshops that manufacture and repair military equipment. Also to disrupt the trains transporting equipment, ammunition and troops to the frontline - e.g. from Poland!

2nd May 2014, Ukrainian Ultranationalists carried out the Odessa Trade Unions Building massacre. Right-Sector claimed to have coordinated the massacre, and referred to it as "yet another bright page in our Fatherland's history" - none of the perpetrators were ever brought to justice, and the former leader of Right-Sector, Dmytro Yarosh, was hired in 2021 as personal advisor to former Commander-in-chief of the armed forces of Ukraine, Zaluzhnyi.
In 2019, Dmytro Yarosh said that Zelensky would be hung from a tree if he implemented the UN authorised Minsk agreements.

Every aspect of this war has been televised and filmed except the part of North Korean troops fighting in the front. Wonder why?
Because North Korean troops fighting in Ukraine is the new WMDs in Iraq.
