Russia launches massive attack on Ukraine’s power grid

President Putin has threatened to target Ukraine's decision-making centres with Russia's new ballistic missile and turn them into dust.

Overnight, Moscow used 190 missiles and drones in its second major attack in two weeks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.

Major explosions were reported in several cities, including Odesa, Kharkiv, and Lutsk.

But many other cities were also hit, leaving one million homes without power across the country, and some without water.

The U.S helped to create this disaster in Ukraine when it told Ukraine to not worry about the Minsk Agreements and said we will help you...and then in 2014 the U.S did help to make it even worse.
