Hey man, thanks for the help but you know there is a shortcut to launch task manager without ctrl+alt+del. Ctrl+shit+alt opens it right away. I know its not super important, but nice to know!

Hey bro so I did this(xmp) on a b450m/ac to get my max ram speed of 3000mhz and when I restarted it still said 2667mhz because when I looked on the website it said 3200+ oc (idk what I would have to overclock).So is it a bios problem or does the motherboard just not support it?

My ram is already at 3200mhz, so I shouldn't do this then right?

Ty I was using all 4 dimm slots had to turn it down and it work

This is an older video, but for some reason Bios UEFI is not responding to the commands of Version 2.0. The number I get now within Task Manager has went from 2133 to 1067. After 4 years of trying I am getting tired of AMD.

Hey I tried this and all the games I play have lowered in FPS like I used to run 500 in roblox now I run 100 and when I press a lot of buttons 50 and other games have bad FPS stutters only game that the Xmp helped was Fortnite how do I revert it back I’ve tried everything and my FPS is bad in every game now 😞

Now, I'll keep it at that because what you did is what I did and it worked well, however, my latest option is DDR4-3333, should I use that or keep it at 3200?
