Fun fact: if you think it would be smart to use a drone or turret to help you the amp kills the drone and your turret suddenly gets up and kills you on purpose. Lol

I got it in a group play. Best bet is at night time @ to @. I did it solo 10 - 15 times, no hunter, 1st attempt in a group, he spawns. I also skip the black window. Hope it helps

If you’ve killed all the hunters BEFORE the tier 5 update, you’ll only have 7 keys. To get #8 you’ll have to help other players kill hunters in their worlds.

Note for new players, dont do it when your lower than 25 at least, the hunters are lvl 30, only reason i say this is i tried to do it at lvl 13 with no experience of this ever, activated the last thing, was about to leave, guy ahows up finally, i got nuked to oblivion 😂

I did the first mission during the day, not knowing one had to wait for night time (following this guide), however the hunter spawned regardless and i got my first key.(and a mask) mission 3 also during the day he spawned but I got killed hopefully a reset in 24 hrs will allow me to redo it.

do you have to do it in that order? i shot the targets 3 times on 3 different occasions. made sure to try again and again. i may have missed. i only killed hunter vid 6 and 2, so if its random, why dont some spawn. even at nighttime?

For those that are not getting the 7th mask spawn, I had to go to matchmaking "Open World Exploration" solo. When it populated me with 2 or a full lobby, I went to the location hit the windows and he spawned. Didn't get a 7th key though but I got the mask.
