He can spawn a third location just a bit further than those 2 manholes in DZS...the key is to watch the mini map for a solid red flash, if no red after that initial pulse, he is more than 50m from you, so keep triangulating. Mexico Embassy is another good spot you can rely on, just run the other direction if you see broken reds on the mini-map. Chill-out is worth getting lots of versions of, especially for tank builds.

Just a tip to anyone farming this. From my experience i was able to kill the loot goblin back to back in the same location "Jefferson" for about ~30x. meaning i dint need to FT to another spot. All i had to do was log out and log back in and he spawned every time at the same location. After about ~30x i started to notice he wasn't spawning every time like before and more like every other time and or i had to start trying other locations Till about ~50x. Im probably now at ~75 kills or slightly more and its seems hes on a cooldown timer of some sort. Even if i log out and back in sevral times or even if i travel to 6 of my easy locations to kill him he wont spawn till around 3-5min has passed.

I doubt anyone would farm him as much as i have but for those that will The reason i mention this is it might be best to wait till the water gun is added to his loot pool before you start farming him to make it easier on yourself to get a good roll watergun. Otherwise you might have to deal with longer spawn time to kill him like i am now.

And just to be clear, i have no idea exactly how the spawn works. I just wanted to post my experience as i was farming him for a specific Festive backpack rolls. Which i did get 1 of the 2 rolls im after, after farming him close to 100x now.

Jefferson has three spawnpoints.
the two manholes, you showed and one if you keep running towards the building.
dont know what theyre called in english. the corridor with pillars?

No need change spawn if you go out the game n select the player another time is in the last spawn you kill 😎

Lol why bother 🤷‍♂️does it enhance electric dmg or put out fire? Its like the snowball gun. What this game needs is plague of the outcasts being able to drop on any weapon but not tinkerable id love this talent on a CTAR 🔥🔥🔥
