south of Embassy entrance is also really good, he occasionally spawns to the east, but mostly from the two manholes at the overpass to the south

I have seen the new gun "Cooler" i believe is its name. Looks like a water gun or kind of like the doctor apparently the cooler comes available after you complete the summer event. Then the hoarder (aka loot goblin) will drop it.

Thanks Kami !! I got The Sleigher 1st time by DCD and I got the Chill Out Mask two times in a row by DZ South ! I had there before and deconstructed them By accident , I thought I’d have to wait til Winter this is great

So far I got 5 Chill-out masks already ! GGs he comes out the sewer in front Jefferson Trade Center and DCD by that Gate and DZSouth he almost always comes from the back of that building by the trees before entrance to the DZ
