UJK Drill Guide - Product Overview

Показать описание
It is practically impossible to drill at a specific angle freehand. This highly engineered drill guide guarantees precise results. The UJK Technology drill guide is in effect a hugely versatile and portable pillar drill. The portability of this guide ensures that you can drill virtually anywhere. Set at 90° it produces perfectly perpendicular holes. Quadrants on each side of the base allow angle setting at ±55°. A threaded knob on one side and the auxiliary handle on the other ensure any chosen angle setting is secure. The underside of the base has a rubberised high friction pad to help steady the guide. The large aperture in the base gives a clear view of the drilling mark and allows the use of bits up to 60mm diameter. Integral vee-guides mean you can drill round the stock or pipes. The base has holes for fixing the guide in place onto a jig or sub-base.

I miss distinct grooves/slots in the angel scale in order to always get exactly the same angle. There should at least be notches for each 10 degrees in my opinion.

My question is, where do you put it after you finished using it, does it comes with the case, or manufacturer excpect us to chuck it with the rest of tools, get it damaged and we then will look to buy from someone who does supply protective case with it. being mobile tool it will travel alot amongs other tools.

Does anybody know if they solved the issue with the wobbly rubber base plate? Anybody already an experience with the product? Thanks a lot.

Been waiting for over a year for it and they have stuck a 10mm chuck on it, then made a 13mm chuck a separate, upgrade option, for an extra £20.75, so disappointed. Oh and it was £100 when it was first released, before they decided to withdraw it, just feels like a mick take.

about time someone made a decent version of this tool! the design has been around for years but all cheap Chinese stuff, this however is a fantastic upgrade for portable accurate and repeated drilling. All that being said the price is on the high side even for bronzed bars I know there expensive but come on ujk get a grip this tool is aimed at the weekend wood worker and for an extra £49 we can buy the bosch drill press with digital speed and depth control. have a word ffs

For me, a deeply flawed design. With more thought, the drill carriage should have had offset guide bushes to allow much further vertical travel to allow for use with small / short drill bits. Only good for large / long drill
