I just discovered your channel and I absolutely love your workouts! One suggestion though - could you add some kind of alert noise when a round is done? Sometimes I'm not looking at the screen so you don't realise. Thanks again, just an idea :)

i just to be able to do this workout so easily ... i use to workout a lot, but i think i over did it for a while an got supper weak, now i am trying to get back into it but carefully . i sweat so much doing this

Bruh, once I saw just the first exercise, I said: "UH UH UHHH CHUID. I WILL HAVE TO SLEEP IN FETAL POSITION FOR SEVEN WEEKS HUNTY!!! NAHHH!"

But I know I need them. I am a twig person with a little bit of puge and I can't stand it 🤣
