Its ok to download docker at windows 10 education or not because while am doing that there is problem at wsl and more issues and finally when i used cmd it works but at pi node app there’s no income connection and also i have problems to open all port

I’m running a SIM card in a ZTE 4G router on the three network even though you can port forward in the router it doesn’t work when you visit the tech setup and scan for ports but it does tell me my pc is running the blockchain but unsure if it is actually earning anything but it looks ok. 🤷‍♂️
