I know Tony is playing him but somehow this is still heartwarming, seeing a guy give a huge ego boost to someone who wants him dead. It's such a weird combination of feelings. It gives me chills. It's so badass

I actually like the detail of Tony coming in armed after Junior told him to "come heavy or don't come at all". Meaning Junior is giving him the ultimatum of accept it when I make my play for boss or come in here ready to start a war. Instead, Tony comes in to talk but he doesn't come unarmed because he's not capitulating and he's not starting a war. He's making a deal but he doesn't come unarmed like a negotiator would, he comes armed not just gun with a gun but a play on Junior's weaknesses that gives Junior the appearance of winning publicly while Tony wins the private lotalty of several Captains and gets Junior to concede several enterprises as his 'cost for letting Junior win'.
