Jimmy and his entire staff were so nice and accommodating. Matt and Tarik made an "open faced cheesy tater tot burrito topped with a beef rib" which we have re-created for you here today in this video and it's actually very delicious!

You have inspired me with this recipe. I've been told I make really good guacamole, so I went to work. Like anything good the prep was a lot making homemade queso, guac. I went to the butcher and the beef short ribs were 61bucks for 4. That was a bit pricey, so I did a pork shoulder and used holy cow and I added sautéed onions and garlic to my chopped meat mix. This meal was incredible! Thank you!
