Just took out of the oven and let cool. My husband and I tried, and loved it. ( I only use dukes mayo, lol ). I don’t even care for thousand island dressing, but this recipe is delicious, and definitely a keeper. Easy and quick to mix up and throw in the oven. Thanks Justine 👍🏼.

Replacing the pickles with fresh jalapeños would be good too Not a Big Mac/Thousand Island dressing fan but I'm sure I could substitute. I really love her face when she takes a bite and I appreciate a fellow foodie. I love it when someone enjoys their food as much as she does.

I live in North Carolina....Dukes mayo is by far the southern favorite. Dukes is the only mayo that will be found in my fridge. What kind of pickles did you use? Thank you. ❤
