Kya up me round 1 me college join karne ke baad round 2 me koi college upgrade nhi hua to kya round 3 me apne aap upgrade kra sakte hai ya fir
Sirf Round 1 me college join karne ke baad round 2 tak hi upgrade kar sakte hai ?
