This may well trick playstore into thinking you have Android 9 but it sure as hell does not upgrade you to Android 9. The only useful thing this teaches us is how easy it is to trick someone into thinking the device being sold to them has a better version of Android than it actually has

It has not actually been upgraded to Android 9.0 if you continuously press on Android version it would show it's lollipop.It only edits the name not the operating system.
