I had to come back to you again and you are soooo good at explaining this stuff! Keep up the good work. BTW I absolutely, with a passion, hate Windows 11...If my Lenovo with Windows 10, after nearly 11 years was not dying, I would continue on it! I detest that when I leave this machine and come back 5 minutes later, I have to relog in! I do not like what M/S did with the file hierarchy either...it blows that I cannot pin Word to the Quick Access. Enough complaining. I will come back to you if I have anymore problems.

I tried the exact changes by going in MAIL and to Stationary and Fonts. I changed the font to Ariel, regular and size 14. double checked it, even closed and open Outlook again. The new changes still showed in MAIL. But when I tried to create new message or reply; the new message opens up but reply message cannot be read, and when I create new email--the font and size is blank and faded gray. I'm lost of what to do.

Hello. All of my emails have very large spacing, between the sentences.
When someone replies back, the spaces are even larger.
How can I eliminate this problem, and just send normally spaced emails, and receive normal replies from recipients?
I use Outlook 2013.
