It's what we call Bread & Butter pudding in Australia, the recipe has just been tweeked. For the airfryer that actually looks like it would work well.

Yougurt in baked goods and scrambled eggs has been a recent nice rediscovery for me this year. Put it in my brownie mix, and it was frigging good, and the texture was nice.
