You HAVE TO TRY this trendy twist on dry yogurt!

✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• cottage cheese
• sourdough bread
• marinara sauce
• olive oil
• salt and pepper, to taste
• parmesan cheese, shredded
• fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Directions:
1. Unfold a cheesecloth and place the cottage cheese in the center. Fold the cheesecloth over the cottage cheese and twist the ends to secure.
2. Line a bowl with several layers of paper towels and place the wrapped cottage cheese inside. Cover the cheesecloth with additional paper towels to fully wrap it.
3. Refrigerate the wrapped cottage cheese for 24 hours, replacing the paper towels after 12 hours if they become soaked.
4. After 24 hours, unwrap the cottage cheese and transfer it to a bowl.
5. Toast the sourdough bread until lightly golden. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the toast, then spread the dry cottage cheese and marinara sauce alternately on top.
6. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese. Place the toast in an air fryer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Top with fresh basil leaves for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy this delightful twist on pizza toast! 😊

The thing that you got after drying it is called 'paneer' or also called cottage cheese and it's made like that in India. You take some curd and pur some lemon juice .Then wrap it in a cloth and leave it to hang until all or almost all the water dries up. Hope this comment was helpful.

We do that in albania we call it "gjiz" to be honest i dont know how to make it since mom do it all the time but i like to eat it with carrots and olive oil only its so good ok thanks for reading this lol

I swear, cottage cheese on pizza is delicious! Top it with mozzarella for a little browning, and you are set! More people need to try this. Bonus points for being high protein.

in azerbaijani, we do that thing normally i mean we just took turkish yoghurt(NOT GREEK)and do the same thing you do and we dont eat as a desert we eat it in breakfast
