"Yeah, I get what you're saying", yet I'll stick with the worldview that puts my ideology ahead of humanity. What is it that keeps a person from seeing the truth of ideological positions? How many trolley experiments does one have to have presented before they see that reality does not align with belief. I found this clip horrific. A Christian friend of mine would love to have children. She had a miscarriage. She dotes on her dog. But that miscarried embryo is of far more value to her than her dog. PineCreek is saying we value the pedophile less and so would let him die. No, actually we value justice more than life, so wish the pedophile to receive justice. But that pedophile may repent and lead a campaign against child pornography that saves hundreds of trafficked children while the dog may maul a child. So it's about responsibility and justice, PineCreek, because no one can actually have an intrinsic worth in a world without God.
