How to know your face shape??
The best way is by measuring your face! Most likely the apps that analyze your face will get it wrong. (The app I used said I was oval when I’m triangle)
Why is it important to know your face shape?
-knowing your face shape can tell you the best way to apply makeup, dos and don’ts on haircut style, or even what sunglasses 😎 to wear that would be most flattering.
There are a ton of face shapes out there
-triangle, Diamond, heart ❤️ , square, oval, rectangle/oblong, inverted triangle, and round
I’ll have more posts/videos on how to know your face shape, apply makeup, and more. So stay tuned!
How to measure 📏
-forehead: measure width in the middle of the forehead from hair line to hairline
-cheekbones: just under the eyes measure from temple to temple
-jawline: start from chin and follow jawline til in begins to round, and multiply by 2
-face: start from top of forehead at hairline, and end the bottom of your chin.
