It is demonstrated how to identify broadband dielectric and conductor roughness model parameters for analysis of PCB or packaging interconnects with Simbeor THz. Differential strip line is used to identify properties of inhomogeneous dielectric to properly model losses, dispersion, reflection and FEXT and NEXT.
