The strangest Easter Egg I've ever found by myself was in Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. It's in Mission V where you play as Jazz. (This might not be exactly accurate directions, it's been a while since I played the game.) At the end of the level, you'll come across a room with a big door that leads to Shockwave and the Spire controls. (My view and perspective is from the direction players will face when entering the room.) Instead of using the grapple ability to open the door, look at the Top Right of the Right Wall and there should be either a corridor you can grapple up too, or a wall you can rip down with the grapple beam and then you can grapple up to the corridor it reveals (Sry I don't remember which). By walking through the connected rooms you will come across a lone green lever. Upon pulling it, the lever transforms itself, revealing it to be a robot as well. It will do a little snazzy dance that somehow explodes the wall behind it to show a hidden room with your reward.

I remember this one time in South Park: The Fractured But Whole, I tried skipping the opening cutscene when you start a new game and Eric Cartman kept saying not to skip it and at one point he gets tired and says you can skip it, but you really can’t. The next few times you try to skip it, the ending credits play and that’s the fastest time I’ve ever technically beat a game (if you are counting getting to the end credits). That’s just a cool thing that pops into my head every time I play it.

That creature in the text is referred to a creature on the "Satori Mountain" named "Lord of the Mountain", he will show up there sometimes and is the main part of the easter egg.

You didn't mention the coolest fact about the pamphlet secret in Hitman, in which that collecting the pamphlets makes the weather progressively turn from bright and sunny to dark and stormy. The moosenado is then set off by killing the woman in the pool. It's so cool to watch the weather get lousier and lousier.

Another Viscera Cleanup Detail easter egg;
In the mine level you'll quickly see these creatures that look like mini sarlaccs from Return of the Jedi. At first they seem to work as efficient waste disposing units when you dump it in their mouths but after a few times they just throw up and make more mess for you to clean up. If you repeat this enough times though, among the junk regurgitated by the creature you'll find a lightsaber hilt that you can pack in your janitor chest and bring it in your base between levels.
