I do evri as well. A few more tips from my perspective
Set ETA's manually instead of auto. This lets you add breaks where you want them and to end a delivery block after a particular block of deliveries.
Download your manifest before you get to the depot (I do mine before I leave home) and put the deliveries in the order you want to deliver instead of their AI optimisation (which is anything but) that way you should always hit your ETA target without going back and forth repeating the same area.
Mark each parcel with the drop number in marker pen and load your vehicle in reverse order. It saves so much time. I'm usually loaded and gone in 10-15 minutes since I started doing that.

Brilliant! Thanks for that. Just started at Evri and finding it really difficult to find rates of pay.

Since this video was uploaded. The rates of pay have decreased for Evri.
Between 38p and 63p.

I canceled my training after discovering this. To Earn £150 per day you'd need to deliver between 238-394 deliveries per day. Which is obviously impossible.

You need to deduct your 20% for income tax, deduct your fuel and wear and tear on your car, insurance etc

Totally not worth it.

You really deserve respect. 60 packages in three hours must be some kind of secret. I would like to know about that too.

Literally i work for evri and i live the money im making but im a fast worker with high star rating and i have a big van. I do naybe 145 to 200 deliveries 6 days a week. The money is great if you can get the eork and if you like to work hard

The people who make the most out of Evri are those picking up free parcels left on peoples doorsteps or in bins.

Id rather do Amazon flex. I average almost 20 per hour before expenses, once I include milage rebate, its even more.

I’m just going mad about this Evri, of course not all of ya lads, but the majority steal small parcels, I do really wish this issue could be raised to PM

Isn't there loads of insurances you have to pay for these days? Before you can jump in your car and make money. Courier insurance, hire and reward insurance. You used to be able to just do it, now you have to pay to do it.

I don’t understand one thing
If I do as a self employed I have to report to hmrc myself for the tax
Or Evri company will do report

As i have some condition so I can do only 4 days

Ah! this is why my parcels (x2) delayed with no reason other then a mystery 'rescheduled'.

So... just started with Evri. So the hourly rate is really based on how many parcels you deliver? Just when i applied it said from £15 - £17 per hour. So i take it thats not the case?

It might be worth large numbers of people checking on eBay UK or similar services to see if their “undelivered” or “delivered” item is being sold.
It might be possible to correlate stolen EVRI deliveries with a given online seller if it happens frequently enough.

EVRI make it child’s play for their own staff to rob from them.
EVRI - the most bizarre example of a negligent & dysfunctional British company in existence.
Maybe the folk at the top of this company are primarily living in a LA LA Land of White Horse & Hookers?

So this amount of pay would be achievable per week if I were to do a full time schedule as 43.25 hours could be doable in a week?

Do you pick and choose what days to work?

MPG is about halved when delivering - lots of stop/start.
