EVRI driver leaving package in unsafe area, not caring

despite clear signs stating do not leave packages. driver doesn't care

Stop been lazy and go to the shops yourself.
Add a safe place for the delivery man
Nominate a neighbour
Leave a note to place in bin
Buy a parcel box

Just out of curiosity. If people knowing that they will be out most of the time, why do they shop online while your house doesn't have a safe place, then blame the drivers not put it in a safe place where isn't any? 🤔

The worst delivery person ever! They threw my order in a waste bin, and I had no idea it was delivered. Then the municipal council took the waste bin, and I lost my order, which cost me a lot of money. I filed a complaint against Rate Olusola, but Evri did nothing and didn’t compensate me for my loss. They are one of the worst delivery companies, hiring the worst people. and their is no way to call them by phone

Looks like an enclosed porch to me. Why don’t you actually help the courier out and leave a safe place on the app so you aren’t wasting their time instead of putting some poor bloke on the internet for just doing his job.

if u were gonna be out or knew u were gonna be out there is usually an option to collect your package at a delivery point. absolutely diabolical behaviour bro 😐😐

You get a notification about the average time he'll deliver and you do get given an option for him to deliver it to a neighbour, leave in a safe spot, get it delivered to a collection point, get him to deliver it the day after. I'm really not sure what you expected him to do

It is not the customer responsibility. Leaving it in a porch to be stolen does not mean it is delivered to the customer. EVRI drivers are idiots and I told them this on a note stuck to the door. They need to do the job properly they are paid for which is delivering it to the customer in person.

The customer orders the product its the customers responsibility if they arent in to make provision forntheir delivery for £1 do people expect this people to prance around for people who have had days to plan the delivery
