I’m your text book example of what you are describing, about having reoccurring narcissists and sociopathic men. I totally fit; especially in the past of all that you have described about me also. Now I just stay single; can’t afford another sociopath destroying me. Sort of sad.

My husband was the scapegoat, he suffered greatly, but hes in therapy, and he's working on Jay Reid 's program. He was a stepchild, his sister was the lost child, his half sisters were the golden child, and the jester. His mom was the enabler. It took my husband 24 years into our marriage to talk about it. He is suffering from a trauma bond. We are working together to get through this journey. I dont understand people.😮

How many people here are an INFJ on the Myers-Briggs personality test? I'm curious because it's the least common personality, and it seems that most of us grew up with narcissistic parents. God intervened in my life and through reading His Word, going to a healthy church, therapy, and distancing myself from toxic people, I've learned who needs to be close to me and who to stay away from.

I have all of these things. Explains my life, multiple narcs, throw in a few sociopaths and that is my life in a nutshell. I'm single, safe, live alone now. I'm going back to therapy. I appreciate your content, it's so helpful. Thank you.

I’m in Narcissistic recovery. I am aware of all of those traits. Recognize it all. Had this with my ex for over 20 years.. ended it 4 years ago, still dealing with him —tried to raise healthy minded kids but only realizing what this was about 5 or 6 years ago … separated myself emotionally- immediately.. physically .. See it so clearly yet still attract those Narcs. After my marriage. I have better boundaries but clearly still haven’t worked it all out. Or maybe I see everyone as narcissistic threat when they are maybe only really be self indulgent and just want to flood me with them. Confusing.
