It's absolutely amazing when this shift starts to manifest around you. When I took hold of my boundaries, it was then when I realized how many manipulative people I attracted. It was the fall of several people in my life. I couldn't believe how easy they fell away...just by speaking up toward a mannerism, or a patterned behavior that was disrespectful...I shed light light on the disrespectful behavior...thats all it took to be discarded and smeared...so easily, and from people who profess to love me. Manipulative people can smell growth...if they can "smell" your boundaries and growth...they scatter like cockroaches...they lose interest.

Once I went into true authenticity the narcs fade away they know you know and life is great. You will always attract them but they will soon distance themselves from you, your voice is your biggest weapon. Great video✨

Thank you for your video. I am now 3 years no contact with narc dysfunctional family. I was the scapegoat since I was able to speak. I knew something was off with them. The decades of abuse had gone on too long to the point I got CPTSD. Having a broken back, neuropathy, narcolepsy and a host of other illnesses I had to say goodbye in my heart. My sister is a high level malignant narc whom was killing me. You guys know the story. Most victims sacrifice themselves almost to the point of death. Researching narcissism yours was one of the first channels I came across and I listened to a lot of your videos. You helped me out tremendously. Today I consider myself healed. Brilliant insight! I’ve had to admit to myself recently that all of my major relationships have been with narcissists (mainly covert narcissists). Now it’s time to heal!

I’ve had to cut my entire immediate family off for good. I’m really struggling with the loneliness. I have lovely friends and neighbours but I never married or had kids because I was too damaged and didn’t want to repeat negative patterns. It feels like a very tough road that isn’t my fault

Right video and at the right time, making sense to a recent encounter with a narcissist. Something felt off from the start. Trusted my gut, quietly observed, didn’t revel too much about myself ( and was called out for it ;-), looked for patterns and I consistencies and found them.
For the first time in my life I truly feel safe within myself because I can trust my gut instinct and my ability to read a person.
No longer do I see them for whom I need them to be but for who they are.

If i speak up in my family they tell me my personality has changed and i used to be gentle and kind this is who i am allowed to be in my family. But don’t dare draw a boundary or speak up.
GENTLE AND KIND PEOPLE are HUMAN too and ESPECIALLY NEED TO KEEP BOUNDARIES with Narcissistic people.
