3:10 his point on why to open the legs so much if there is no gain in forward propulsion is right! From physics you know this as a fact, force integration along a path. Only the component pushing backwards will propel you forwards, well known factors other component net to ZERO, why did it take all these years to know this. (from a physicist)

The higher the head lift, the more drag would be created. Would it be possible to dive forwards longer length without lifting our head high above the water.
