Hi, thank you for the helpful video.

Is there a way to permanently delete from the original mp4 file parts of a clip you don't want? For example, let's say you have a 1 minute clip taken with your GoPro camera, but only want to use the last 5 seconds. That leaves you with 55 seconds of unused video footage, and that takes up disc space.

In Premiere Pro, I can trim the footage and import into the timeline only the wanted portion — easy enough. But is there a way to permanently delete the unwanted part to reduce the file size? Can I re-save the mp4 file after trimming it?
