That was great for the home screen.? How can I turn off recommended videos on YouTube? YouTube, all of a sudden is dumping all these recommended videos and when I click on “not interested, ” and “don’t recommend this channel, ” it doesn’t work! The videos just continue to pour in, twenty to thirty videos!!! I would have to go through each video and try to delete them. It’s ridiculous. It’s not even recommending the videos I normally watch all the time, just all new weird stuff that I have no interest in whatsoever.

Go to settings of your YouTube account, then go to controls. Turn off those, and delete watch history aswell

I removed Youtube but still get Youtube recommendations. Ridiculous!

Youtube/Googles parental controls/'family link' are clunky, awkward, unreliable and a half hearted effort.

I believe youtube/google could easily give full control to the user if they wanted, but they don't because they'd lose money.

It's so annoying, im going to get rid of Chromecast Google TV and get a better streaming device. One that gives me control.
