With 1 hour's worth of varied efforts at different cadences, this session is perfect for strengthening your leg muscles and increasing your leg speed for when you need to sprint flat out! Im about to do this class :-) I read the comments first. Hmmm bring it on. I do most of the 60min GCN classes, been spinning and cycling for 15yrs. Im a runner at heart though :-) But i love the bike. Havnt done this one... yet

Two thoughts, depending on where in the workout we are;
Conor is a sadist, what is wrong with you?!
And;
"Legs of steel, buns of bronze" to paraphrase a muse in Hercules.

Ow. Exactly what I needed though to survive my commute.
