Morning all I’m really pleased with myself having just completed this session but it was really hard
I’m a 73 year old cyclist with bilateral knee replacement surgery these sessions are invaluable to me to help in my fitness regime keep them coming Hank

BOOM! Hung on by the ragged edge to complete all 10 at the same wattage. Heart rate peaked at higher level with each successive interval, reinforcing how hard I was working. As hard as advertised, Hank! At age 76 1/2, I need demanding HIIT workouts to keep my VO2 max at the level needed to stay with the group for our 40-mile ride on Saturday mornings. (Average age of the group of 20 or so is probably 35-40 years, and we average 19-20 mph, which is about 31 kph.) Thanks for the inspiring leadership and killer workout! 😅

Best training video to date. I made it through to the end with a massive pool of sweat on the floor. Thank you the motivation as that was what got me through. Watching the guest presenters in Morgan, Maddie and Katie and keeping up with them is such motivation. Keep these videos coming 😂

Love this session and completed it. I am a 10K runner and use your sessions to supplement my running training in order to off load my knees. Used this session today before my first race of the season in in 2 days. Massive thanks.
