Ramp efforts may be very hard, but they can be absolutely worth it for power and endurance gains! This session comprises of three twelve-minute intervals which get progressively harder, and finishes with a minute as hard as you can!

This is a long and difficult session, so please be sure to stay hydrated and recover well!

10 minutes later and I am still on my knees!
I started training using your sessions about 7 weeks ago; 44 years old, nearly 20kg overweight, and pitiful levels of power and stamina. Now 8kg down, mood elevated, and smashing sessions for "fun". A huge thank you to each and every one of the GCN team. You're literally changing lives.

One of my fav sessions that I watch over and over, as it is so helpful. The intervals are tough yet achievable, and the recoveries are perfectly timed. I also enjoy the witty and often kooky banter from the awesome professionals, it makes the time fly, and helps keep the mind from freezing up! Just fantastic and I thank you kindly!

Great session! Advertising kills the vibe but understand you can’t control it. It’s apart of it. Overall, these longer session are so great for longer indoor ride days. Bravo!
