bulletproof cocoa is inspired from dave aspery's bulletproof coffee recipe. its an excellent way to start your day as a fat first meal if you do not prefer coffee in your weight loss journey. bulletproof cocoa does not raise your glucose levels as this does not have any carbs hence it does not spike glucose however, you can read up on this - check out " fast this way" by Dave Aspery.

I start my day with a glass of structured water
15 mins later bulletproof cocoa
Breakfast: puttu, onion roast, boiled egg, 1 ripe organic plantain
Lunch: thooyamalli rice, beans sabzi, beetroot thoran, cucumber salad, dal curry
plus, tomato pickle, plus one guava
Dinner: green papaya, cucumber salad
Note: I keep myself hydrated by drinking plenty of water all through the day. Since my three meals keep me full, I avoid mid meal snacking.
I make sure that I have dinner before 6 pm so that i get a good intermittent fasting window.
