Most untrained salespeople think selling is a process of telling the prospect about all the features and benefits of their product or service hoping to convince the prospect to buy. To make matters worse, is they are unable to convince the prospect to buy, they then turn to using high pressure sales techniques to try and overcome the prospects objections by being pushy. In this video, I’ll teach you how to sell anything to anyone using the reverse selling method.

The reverse selling method is a new sales methodology that combines the process of asking Socratic style questions in combination with Nero linguistic programming. This style of selling is designed to help the prospect discovery their own problems and solutions without convincing or selling at all. In this video, you’ll learn how to get prospects to sell themselves on your product or service just by asking questions. You won’t have to convince or persuade, and you won’t feel like a used car salesperson. When you learn how to sell using this sales strategy, you’ll feel great about selling and you’re prospects will also love it!

I’d like to see this in real life application. This is quite a hypothetical process. I’m sure there are deviations from this process. Everything sounds good until you put it to the test.

Brandon help me out teach us to bring value to prospects and I love the concept but not hearing none of the value concept but I want to use it irregardless now thus brings me to my current stumbling block - the cma presentation- my company does allow to give me clients cma report unless they have signed a listing contract with me, what would you suggest I come over this?will really appreciate your input

Hi, thanks for the reply! I liked that you mention socractic questions that trigger emotions, especially fear. I agree that fear is a great motivator. I also liked the steps and will use them tomorrow when I do my calling. I’m a subscriber now!

Brandon, when you ask the prospect at a FSBO to invite you to their house, while you tour their house and exchange bits of info with them, I’ve always thought the prospect would just use some of the info and use it at their advantage and keep selling on their own. What makes you get passed that at the home tour to keep them on the hook and further down list with you?

At what point do you actually talk about what you do for people? Like as a listing agent the commission you charge, reverse prospecting, advertising, sign, circle prospecting, how often you're going to communicate etc? Do you try and steer completely clear of what you do in the presentation?
