Place your palm on your forehead, and resist flexion of your neck while keeping your head still. Hold, and then relax. You should feel the muscles at the front and side of your neck contracting.

Neck strengthening has been so tricky for me. I have injuries in my upper and lower neck and everything I tried would hurt the bad disks at the base of my neck. Isometric strengthening makes so much more sense; I'm going to try this. Thank you.

why everytime doing chin tuck while you do this. I hate doing chin tuck i have already good deep flexor because I stay right in m work posture.
