The part about a good woman feeling expensive made sooo much sense. Makes a lot of sense now, always felt that the player type used to try and get me but there was always this unspoken (or sometimes even spoken) truth of “I know you deserve better” when I tried to get them to be serious in the past and they eventually were just straight up about just wanting to play around (stopped trying to do that, the girl knows better now). I’ve always kind of resented that I’m this no bullshit yet incredibly soft person, I feel like I walk this delicate balance in a lot of things and that took a lot of work, and not many people manage to do that well so I kinda resented myself for being expensive lol. Not anymore. I’ll continue to polish myself with pride now, and won’t worry about those who can’t afford me anyways.

My guy just told me that l make him whole, I cried so hard, it was the sweetest thing a man has ever said to me. He is in the army on his last tour we met right before he left, a few years ago he lost his whole platoon, he had survivors guilt, he detached from his happiness but is such a good guy and shows that to me every day 3500 hundred miles away ❤
