I have honor 7c. Two days back, when i restarted my phone, it got crashed. Now, though it starts i.e. switch on, however, no applications are shown on screen. From upper panel, i can go to settings but most of options are not working, although all options are shown in it. I have tried to recover data through huawei hisuite through system recovery but it says "your device is not supported." I also tried erecovery as explained by you in your this video. It sucessfully completed the erecovery process but still, the same problem persists. Is there any way to recover my phone and data. Please help me

Hello folks! Well I have Huawei Mate 10 Lite (RNE-L21). Back then it used to be my work phone but then I got a new one and this was left with me. That time the bootloader unlocking support from Huawei was working and it was super easy to get the unlock code and unlock the bootloader officially and root the phone "legally". Now I wish to relock the bootloader to sell the phone. In download mode it says FRP unlocked Phone unlocked. Now I managed to enter the eReceovery and download the firmware. All the procedure went as shown in this wideo. BUT after the reboot it still says "your device has been unlocked and cannot be trusted".

So, how do I relock the device by all means? Please, help.

Hi Rootjunky, I am looking at your guides and I see that you are the best. I wanted to ask you if I can root my Honor 8x (JSN-L21) with Android 10 and EMUI 10. If I hard reset the factory data, will the phone return to the old operating system? Or Android 9? Since I seem to understand that it is the only way that allows me to unlock the bootloader. Thanks anyway.
