I actually like The Deep's powers. Talking to marine animals and having the ability to breathe underwater while being super strong and durable is really fucking cool. It just depends on a matter of how you use these powers. You can save people from ship wrecks or people lost at sea, you could command all of the marine animals in the ocean to create tsunamis and essentially destroy the whole world.

My father used to be very good friends with translucent, way back in elementary school. I will always remember the day he died, that was the day that me and my dad went to Disney world, having the greatest day of my life. So much laughs and so much fun. My dad had the biggest grin on his face the whole day. Sometime that day I went to the bathroom, and when I walked back out my dad was sitting down. He had just heard that translucent had died, one second he was was the happiest man on earth, the next he was the most depressed. It was as if his happiness exploded. We flew home the next day for the ceremony. One of the best days of my life to one of the worst. Still haunts me to this day to think about that there are terrible people out there that killed translucent, a American hero. Rest in power translucent!
