At 3:00 you mention manning up a receiver from the weak side but it appears to be the TE coming from what would be the strong side. I feel like there was a couple of other cases where it seems like you mixed up weak/strong side based on what the video showed.

Does the flat play like a regular curl flat (intermediate to short routes)? Or does it just stay there and do nothing?
