Strain Gage (Gauge) Install Using a Flexible Printed Circuit (French Language)

This video discusses the use of a flexible PCB to simplify wiring and decrease production costs for a torque sensor. The flex-circuit was designed and is produced by a sub-contractor in France. The torque sensor uses two double shear strain gages, one nickel resistor for span compensation, one adjustable resistor for zero balance and the flex-circuit component.
