This makes me yearn for the days when I was young and the world seemed so big and full of infinite possibilities. Today it feels like every aspect of our world is broken down into a consumable piece of media accessible on a phone but, back then there was real freedom and excitement in the mystery. This music makes me miss that feeling

I was born in 92... I grew up in New York when this happened. I was in 4th grade... It was such an eerie day. Every now and then i see a post that says "the world you were born in no longer exists.".. it hits different these days.

I'm from the UK, and in 1999 we visited NYC when I was 15. I vividly remember walking around in the lobby of the WTC, there was some big wedding event going on - I forget what exactly but I remember lots of women in white wedding dresses. I remember travelling up the escalators, the vastness of the space, and looking out over the skyline. It's a childhood memory that'll always stay with me. I still remember 9/11 and that time in my life. It's all so vivid, yet so distant. Like a fading photograph. Love this mix.

You gotta start making chapter sections to the music man. It would be so much easier for us to listen to certain tracks you compile together. Thanks for uploading 😎

December 1991 into May of 1992 was when Home Alone 2, Lost In NY was filmed, and it was released in theaters the Friday before Thanksgiving 1992. The scene where Macauley Culken is standing at the top of the world trade all alone really hits hard for me. I wish I had the chance to visit the World Trades before they collapsed. The 8th grade trip to Gettysburg, DC and NYC was in 1995. My parents had already committed to a trip to South Padre Island, which was a blast don't get me wrong, but I just wish I had the chance to go on that trip. It will forever haunt me.

Born in 92 - this kind of music along with deep house music has been my favorite for years

There's just something so nostalgic about the late 90s- early 2000s that's stuck with me and this music is reminding me of it

Born in 1992. This reminds me of the energy I would feel growing up looking out the front window on a summer night wondering what everyone in the world was doing. Feeling like you had the whole
earth to yourself. Life may not go the way you envisioned but that pure memory of those glorious days can never be taken away. This makes me feel like everything is right again ❤

1992 were the days, I still remember looking out the window and seeing these buildings. So many pretty lights in the city. I wish I could relive these days but I know it's not possible. I'll always cherish the times I had though. I'm really enjoying this and going to subscribe to your channel now.

A fitting site for today's date. God bless those who lost it all.

Listening to this really makes me rethink my life, dude. The choices I’ve made and the fill of regret of what I’ve done throughout my life, but I’m glad God is truly with me throughout this journey. He’s the best and he’s gotten me through the toughest times, the times of when I would sob on my bed, the times I’ve felt lost, the times I’ve felt so many emotions. I’m glad he’s with me and helping me through my life, he truly is the best. Lord, you are the best and will always be the best.

Ah, '92. The year I graduated from high school and left home to go to university. What a great time in my life that was, I'm very thankful for those years.

Today I found the perfect vibe to study. And this is it. It's calming and energizing at the same time. One briljant brain wave. Thank you so much for this 🧡

Great for sleeping, really. Being sleeping to this and it is so relaxing, its like listening to the white noise, but more melodic and less noisy.

The best year ever. Born in 1992. And now nearing 2025, the world I grew up in pre-9/11 no longer exists. But I remember it like it was last week.

I was born in 1996. I grew up between Istanbul and Los Angeles. I never had the chance to go to New York, but one day I will go and bring back the nostalgia that I transferred to music, series, songs, pictures, and the sound of children’s laughter in its alleys.

Texan here who has always dreamed of the Big Apple. Those gorgeous hotels, the shopping, hip hop, the mafia lol you have everything in NYC! My little town was so boring all I would do is dream of NYC. I was in 5th grade when 9/11 happened and I’ve read many books on the tragedy. New Yorkers are built Ford tough that city is the heartbeat of the whole country.

I used to work in and around the new World Trade Center area a few years ago. There are obviously basement-level tunnels under the new World Trade Center buildings; many of them old, pipe-ridden, empty (I expected everything to be brand new, but they did conserve some of the old structures). I sometimes got eerie feelings down there. Knowing what happened so close by and feeling that there's some kind of imprint still left from that day.

My birth year. A part of me wants to go back and start over but not if things are going to play out the same way. There’s a lot i could’ve done better, but there’s also a lot I had no control over.
