That scenery is absolutely stunning. A perfect Christmas card. Here in Australia our Christmas's are sooo hot, humid and horrid. I'm a winter person. Being Australian born and bred, I have never seen or felt snow. We get snow in winter in the mountains here in Victoria, N.S.W. Watching these video's gives me an insight as to how beautiful, and yes work. That lovely house of your's is so deceiving from the outside it looks tiny, but inside absolutely beautiful and quite large, soup, home cooked PERFECT rolls amazing. I missed your chicken preserving so watching that now..I adore the way you love your beautiful dog's with their little coats. Thank you so much for sharing your daily life with us Ariel and Eric. It snowed at the Illia Homestead!!! How on earth did Eric avoid the *snuck* when he opened the truck door??!!! That is skills! That winch/blade setup is nice, we use the same system. Handy to have!
