4-ingredient Healthy Cookies😍 They are vegan & gluten-free and ready in less than 20 minutes!🤩

this recipe makes about 8 cookies:

Ingredients:
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter (120 ml) (I use a smooth pb that is 100 % made of peanuts)
1 cup gluten-free oats (240 ml)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (60 ml) (I used 80 % chocolate)

1.Mix all the ingredients together
2. Scoop the cookies on a baking pan lined with parchment paper
3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for 10-12 minutes

*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, be sure to use unripe bananas!☺️

i know alot of recipes use cocconut oil as a subsitute for peanut butter for those that dont like it. is this viable for this recipe?
