My skin on my body has never been better since I started using a bath brush in the shower and once a day physically scrubbing my skin. If my skin turnover is sluggish then this compensates. Dermatologist say to be gentle with your skin, I say we need to be more aggressive to remove the dead skin cells to allow new cells to emerge as we age.

Some of us inherited young looking genes. My dad always looked younger. I always have too, like you, and still do. No skin care and no sunscreen. We used baby oil and iodine with reflectors to get our tans back in the day. Spent summers at the beach with no umbrellas. My skin should be awful at age 70 but I look much younger than others my age.
My horrible teenage acne/oily skin, I believe, protected my skin when I was younger. I slather olive, coconut or other pure oils on my skin 2xs a day. Also never wore any foundation which I believe suffocates the skin. I do think we naturally younger looking ones hold the secret to be discovered.

The only problem is that in many (most?) countries rapamycin isn't available without a prescription, and doctors won't prescribe unless you have a medical condition it would be useful for (like diabetes). The alternative is to practice longer-term fasting (2-3 days). Intermittent fasting is good for many things, but only longer term fasts promote intense autophagy that has results at this level.

Chris you are the best, I have female friends who do these crazy 36 steps routines... I just tell them, all I do is what Chris G tells me and it is simple and works well. Thank you man and wish you live long and when you are 82 continue looking well, like Catherine Deneuve, whatever she is doing, works magically.

You really do look great for 60, I would have guessed mid to late 30's! I'm 72 and people think I'm in my late 50's or early 60's, so I'm really interested in what you're sharing today.

It's crazy just how young you look!! Q: do you have a recommended regime for adult acne? I'm a 38 year old male and have sensitive skin that tends to get dry easily. Any tips would be appreciated. Thank u

Hi Chris - Can topical Rapamycin be used with Retin A? L-Ascorbic Acid? Or should it be used alone? And should it be used at night or during the day?

I’m very excited to see what happens with your test results. I do have some pre-cancerous lesions and will be contacting my dermatologist to see what is available. I imagine it wasn’t covered by insurance, can you share share what the cost was.

Chris, where can we get Rapamycin without a prescription?

Aging is mostly genetics. Im 55 and sure Ive aged but not like my friends. I don’t do anything special but what I don’t do is drugs smoke or drink alcohol. I think alcohol is the biggest culprit

I am very excited to see the results, can’t wait. Did you go the your physician to get the topical rapamycin. Is rapamycin available to the public. I always watch your videos, but I don’t always comment. Unless I have a question.

I feel so over whelmed about using all these actives for anti aging. I guess we just have to embrace our age and the skin we’re in. I can’t afford plastic surgery and dermatologists are in severe shortage in the country I’m in and also these dermatologist laser and office treatments are difficult to find in rural areas. The only thing that is accessible is skincare and that can only do so much. 😕

Of course now I’m diligent with spf and use retinaldehyde every other night along with other actives for hyperpigmentation and sunspots.

Thanks! I'm just a year younger than you, and have been diligent about sunscreen since I was 24, so I'm also aging much more slowly than my peers (also do keto, IF, and weight training, plus NMN, collagen, and much more). Hoping I can afford it so I can give it a try!
