Hi Squad,
Today is Day 10, the workout is quick but packs a punch!!
The affirmation for Today is 'I CHOOSE MY PATH'

This affirmation is more of 'kick up the butt reminder' that we need to own our actions and take more responsibility over ourselves.
Use this affirmation to help you learn the power of 'No' and to help you remain in control over the direction your life is headed.

The Key phrase for this Workout is: CHOOSE

C - 30s Plank
H - 60s Butt Kicks
O - 30s Mountain Climbers
O - 30s Mountain Climbers
S - 25 Glute Bridges
E - 25 Jumping Squats

You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.

Modifications are included but remember to pause the video where needed and go at your own pace.

BEST FAT LOSS / WEIGHT LOSS TIPS:
- Heavily reduce refined/processed carbs (SIMPLE SUGARS!!)
- Drink plenty of water or herbal teas (green tea)
- Eat intuitively (DO NOT EAT UNTIL YOU ARE FULL!)
- Eat a high protein diet

Jumping squats killed me but first time I've done 10 in a row without stopping. Will get that 25 one day. Thank you for the videos, they're helping my self confidence x

This is the first day I've been able to do jumping squats the whole time!!! Not as quickly as you, but such a large improvement!!

Just wanted to say thank you for this series! I'm loving the length, affirmations, the effectiveness and your personality, honestly I don't know if I would even attempt those flipping jump squats at the end if it wasn't for the good energy in (of)this vid looool funnily enough since I've started these workouts I feel so much more energetic day to day. Even if my glutes and thighs hate the stairs now haha. Thank you!

Also I was so surprised that when you said we had double 'o' I actually said outloud 'i can do that' - I surprised myself lol (and I did do it!)

I dont run out of breaths like when I started. Find myself doing the butt kicks without panting like I was gonna die lol. First I did 10 jumping squats in a row before switching to modification.
I am seeing growth. I love this challenge. Today I choose my path.

MrsMuscle, I just wanted to say YOU are a SUPERWOMAN - to talk and encourage us all through out workout takes some stamina, coordination and will power... PHENOMENAL!!! I so needed the mental and soul searching affirmation challenge... Because of the affirmations I am more at peace and empowered. I feel refreshed mentally and physically... Doing things like this makes me pay more attention to my day and how I feel. I've mixed in some jogging days and one or two rest days so it's been about two weeks since I started this. Feels like longer.

Been following your workouts for three months now and I love them all!! All the way from 🇨🇷 Costa Rica.. I do the low impact version because I’m not there yet, but hopefully I will be able to do the intense version of each exercise 💪🏼

2nd time doing this challenge and I’m so much stronger than I was when I first did this in 2020..I’ve come a long way on my fitness journey and doing this challenge back then really did propel me forward! Now I’m at the gym 5 days a week
